 Henry Fracasso is the proud owner and founder of Fracasso Industries, LLC, a growing construction company based in Connecticut. Established in 2022, Fracasso Industries began offering trucking services to contractors across the state, providing essential support for state and town road projects, various construction sites, and residential properties. Over the years, the company has expanded, adding residential asphalt paving and excavation services to its repertoire. Fracasso Industries continues to play a vital role in the state's infrastructure development.

Henry's journey to entrepreneurship was shaped by dedication and hard work. After a deployment in Helmand, Afghanistan, in the U.S. Marine Corps infantry, Henry returned home with a strong sense of discipline and leadership. He applied these values while he worked alongside his uncle, Kenny Fracasso, at KJ Fracasso Industries Inc., before getting his own trucks on the road and opening Fracasso Industries.

Henry continues to lead Fracasso Industries with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The company’s growth reflects his vision and dedication to Connecticut's infrastructure and support of local communities.
